About Jessica Harding

Jessica Harding is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides psychotherapy services to adults and adolescents. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work in 2021.

Prior to entering clinical practice, Jessica completed service with both AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps and gained experience working across nonprofit organizations, schools, and correctional settings in the United States and abroad. This breadth of experience across cultures and communities allows her to connect with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences.

Jessica specializes in complex trauma, inner child wounds, and the patterns of low self-esteem and low self-worth that so often develop in their wake.

She also works with clients navigating life transitions: those in-between seasons where identity, relationships, or direction are shifting and the path forward feels unclear.

She is passionate about helping clients who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, shame, or overwhelming emotions build the emotional intelligence and regulation needed for lasting change.

Her approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and deeply collaborative and experiential. She believes healing doesn't happen in the mind alone. It happens in the body, in our relationships, and in the deeper parts of ourselves we've learned to hide away.

She draws from a range of evidence-based and body-centered modalities including Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Somatic Therapy, Attachment-based therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts Therapy.

Jessica believes that healing is not only possible, it is the natural outcome of turning toward ourselves with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. She offers a warm, grounded space where clients feel safe enough to do the work that truly changes things.
